DEDON - TransferIT

Basic TOS

All users must agree to not use the DEDON - TransferIT service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All users must agree to comply with local laws regarding online conduct, and copyright laws.
DEDON - TransferIT is intended for DEDON employees and partners.
All users must not use DEDON - TransferIT's services to violate any laws which include but are not limited
to copyright laws. Any violations will result in immediate deletion of all files DEDON - TransferIT has
on record and/or legal/disciplinary actions.

Users acknowledge that download links can be forwarded and - whoever is passed on or has access to
a download link can download the files contained in that transfer.
DEDON - TransferIT offers the option to protect transfers with a password, which is only stored encrypted and not accessible for anyone.
It's the responsibility of the uploader to share said password securely.

Users acknowledge that Cross-Border Transfers of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is prohibited.
